B. A Resolution authorizing the City to adopt Amendment No. 4 to the Loves Park Comprehensive Group Health Plan concerning COVID-19.

C. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to pay the Illinois Municipal League for conference and hotel reservations for the 2023 Illinois Municipal League Conference in Chicago, IL, September 21-23, 2023.

D. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a renewal of the Emergency Services Staffing Agreement between the City of Loves Park and Paramedic Services of Illinois for the provision of Fire and EMS personnel to the City.
