10. A Motion to approve a Special Event Permit for Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. to conduct fruit sales in the Farm & Fleet parking lot at 7300 E. Riverside Blvd. on July 7 and July 28, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

11. A Motion to approve a Special Event Permit for Rock River Multisport to conduct a duathlon at Peak Sports Club and on a portion of city streets on July 23, 2023, from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

12. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Economic Development Agreement between the City of Loves Park, Illinois and Thayer Lighting, Inc.

13. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a renewal of the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System Master Agreement between the City of Loves Park and other participating agencies.

14. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Alyssa Thompson for the position of Communications and Marketing Specialist at a salary of $58,000.00 per year, to be effective June 20, 2023.

15. A Resolution authorizing the Final Plat of Rock Cut Business Park No. 11.

16. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire N-Trak Group LLC. for the Forest Hills Road water main extension between Zenith Parkway and Sunbird Drive for a cost not to exceed $747,948.98.
