Request for Variance Hearing: Petitioner Robinson Outdoor, LLC from Perryville, MO. is requesting the Planning Commission’s approval of installation of a digital billboard sign at the address of 2130 Governors Run, Carlyle IL. 62231. This property is located within the City of Carlyle. 

Legal Description of the property is as follows: Parcel ID No. 08-08-07-301-009, Subdivision WARREN BUSINESS PARK Lot 2 in the City of Carlyle, Clinton County, Illinois as recorded in the Clinton County Illinois Recorders’ Office. The parcel is immediately South of McDonalds on the East side of State Route 127, and the property is zoned B-2 Highway Business. 

Request for Variance Hearing: Josh Properties, LLC is requesting the planning commission rezone his property at 690 7th Street, Carlyle IL. 62231 from R-2 Single Family Residential to R-4 Multiple Family Residence. 

Legal Description of the property is: Subdivision MIDDLE CARLYLE Block 32 Lot 6 & 7 N 1/2 LOTS. This property is the old Legion building. 

All persons interested in providing both written and/or oral testimony in support of or in opposition to this proposal are invited to attend the hearing scheduled as noted above.
