1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
2. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to hire three officers, Luke Schwarze, Timothy Meeker, and Claudia Grenlund, with a start date of Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
3. A Resolution authorizing the Fire Chief to purchase a Breathing Air Compressor from SCBAS, Inc. for Station 2 (Windsor Road) for a purchase price of $66,700.00.
4. A Resolution authorizing the First Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement for East Riverside Farms, Inc.
5. A Resolution authorizing the Facility Manager to purchase a new Trane roof top air conditioning unit from Helm Service to replace a damaged unit at City Hall, for a purchase price of $23,954.00.
6. An Ordinance fixing and approving wages, salaries, fees, or compensation for city employees.
