14. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Schoening's Painting & Decorating Inc., to power wash and paint all exterior soffits and fascia at City Hall for a cost of $30,964.00.

15. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire Stenstrom Excavation for drainage improvements for Jensen Drive and Roy's Ridge for a cost of $371,084.77.

16. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to purchase a new Elgin Crosswind 1 Regenerative Air Street Sweeper from Standard Equipment for a cost of $334,157.75.

17. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to purchase a new DT466 Trimmed 05 Engine from Lakeside Intl. LLC for a cost of $29,000.00.
