B. A Resolution authorizing the Fire Chief to purchase a Breathing Air Compressor from SCBAS, Inc. for Station 2 (Windsor Road) for a purchase price of $66,700.00.

C. A Resolution authorizing the First Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement for East Riverside Farms, Inc.

D. A Resolution authorizing the Facility Manager to purchase a new Trane rooftop air conditioning unit from Helm Service to replace a damaged unit at City Hall, for a purchase price of $23,954.00.
