11. A Resolution expressing an official intent regarding the negotiation of one or more Redevelopment Agreements and the reimbursement of certain expenditures in connection with the East Riverside Redevelopment Business District. 

12. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement providing for a common boundary agreement with the Village of Machesney Park. 

13. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire Fehr Graham to do the Sinkiawic Parkway grading for temporary staging for spoil materials at a cost of $30,800.00. 

14. A Resolution authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire Travis Watts as full time employee within the Public Works Department, to be effective September 18, 2023. 

15. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to purchase two 2022 Ford F250 Super Duty trucks from Kunes Auto Group for the cost of $102,262.52. 

16. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a vehicle lease agreement with Rock River Disposal Services for the rental of one 2008 International truck and one 1999 International truck for the purpose of leaf removal.
