1. Canary Drive/Teal Lane/Schalck Drive

Traffic Commission recommends approval to establish a “No Parking Any Time” restriction on the north side of Canary Drive from Teal Lane to Schalck Drive, thus repealing the “No Parking Any Time” restriction on the south side of Canary Drive from Teal Lane to Schalck Drive

2. Waldo Street/Elm Street/Chestnut Street

Traffic Commission recommends approval to establish a “20 MPH School Zone Speed Limit” on Waldo Street from Elm Street to Chestnut Street

3. No Action Item

Traffic Commission recommends that No Action be taken on the following item:

1. A request to establish all-way stop control at the intersection of Pepper Drive and Hermitage Trail, thus repealing the existing traffic control of Hermitage Trail stopping for Pepper Drive.

4. Authorization to Place for Sale City Owned Parcel at 1409 South 6th Street, PIN No. 11-26-461-021

5. Authorization to Place for Sale a Portion of City Owned Parcel at 421 College Avenue, Parcel No. 11-26-178-001

6. 5643 East State Street

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Special Use Permit for body art services (tattoo studio) in a C-2, Limited Commercial Zoning District at 5643 East State Street (Jennie Tiesman & Jason Symons/Applicants)

7. 2225 West Riverside Boulevard

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Modification of a Special Use Permit #009-92 for 12 feet by 61.1 feet addition to the north side of the existing convenience store in a C-1, Limited Office Zoning District at 2225 West Riverside Boulevard (Macs Convenience Stores, LLC/Applicant)

8. 419 North 6th Street

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Variation to increase the maximum fence height in the front yard along Chamberlain Street, North 6th Street and Benton Street from four (4) feet to six (6) feet in a C-1, Limited Office Zoning District at 419 North 6th Street (Lisa Entrikin for Northern Illinois Blood Bank/Applicant)

9. 7210 Walton Street

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a:
