APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to promote Kristy Driscoll to the position of Office Manager, effective December 5, 2023, with a salary of $58,000.00.

3. A Resolution authorizing an amendment to the Insurance Consulting Agreement between Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. and the City of Loves Park, Illinois.

4. A Resolution authorizing the renewal of the city's employee health insurance plan for one year with Northern Illinois Health Plan and Excess Re-Insurance Underwriters.

5. A Resolution authorizing the City to adopt Amendment No. 5 of the City's Group Health Plan regarding mental health.

6. A Resolution authorizing the City to adopt Amendment No. 6 to the City's Group Health Plan regarding dependent pregnancy coverage.
