II. COMMITTEE REPORTS 

1. Proposed Funding Agreement with YMCA of Rock River Valley for capital improvements at Riverfront Campus at 200 Y Boulevard and Program Center at Good Shepard Church located at 1829 North Rockton Avenue in the amount of $250,000.00 utilizing ARPA program dollars.

There was no discussion. Alderman Rose made a motion to approve. Alderman Bailey seconded. Motion PREVAILED 3 TO 0.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS]  AYES: Bill Rose, Janessa Wilkins, Jeffrey Bailey ABSENT: Tim Durkee, Karen Hoffman

2. Proposed Funding Agreement with Comprehensive Community Solutions for capital improvements at 917 South Main Street in the amount of $200,000.00 utilizing ARPA program dollars. 

There was no discussion. Alderman Rose made a motion to approve. Alderman Bailey seconded. Motion PREVAILED 3 TO 0.

3. Proposed Funding Agreement with Northwest Community Center for capital improvements at 1325 North Johnston Avenue in the amount of $100,000.00 utilizing ARPA program dollars. 

There was no discussion. Alderman Rose made a motion to approve. Alderman Bailey seconded. Motion PREVAILED 3 TO 0.

4. Approval of the First Amendment to the 2022 HOME Rental Rehabilitation Program Agreement and authority to approve the Promissory Note and Mortgage between the City of Rockford and Zion Apartments LLC. 

There was no discussion. Alderman Rose made a motion to approve. Alderman Bailey seconded. Motion PREVAILED 3 TO 0.
