A. A Resolution authorizing the appropriation of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways.
Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.
Motion Approved 4-0
B. A Resolution authorizing the City to use tourism funds to pay Park Lanes to sponsor the portion of the Leatherneck Classic College Bowling Tournament being held in Loves Park.
Alderman Dan Jacobson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.
Motion Approved 4-0
C. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Stephanie May for the position of Utility Department Billing Technician.
Alderman Pruitt moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

D. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a first amendment to the Water Tower Lease Agreement with Verizon.
Alderman Pruitt moved to table until January 2, 2024’s meeting. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson.

E. An Ordinance regarding the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act for the City of Loves Park.
