The Expanded Rehab Assistance (ERA) Program is now accepting pre-applications from homeowners who are in need of financial assistance to address health and safety hazards, local code violations, and accessibility needs in their homes. The pre-application period will remain open until 5pm on Friday, February 16.

Through the ERA Program, selected homeowners may be eligible to receive up to $60,000 in funds, which will be provided through a three-year, forgivable loan. This program aims to support individuals and families in making necessary repairs and improvements to their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

In order to apply for the ERA Program, interested homeowners can complete the pre-application form available online. This form will serve as the initial step in the application process and will help determine eligibility for the program. The pre-application will require information about the homeowner's current living conditions, the specific repairs or improvements needed, and any additional accessibility requirements.

Upon submission of the pre-application, homeowners will be contacted by program administrators who will guide them through the next steps of the application process. It is important to note that submitting a pre-application does not guarantee acceptance into the program, as selection is based on several factors including the severity of the repairs needed and the homeowner's financial situation.

Mayor John Doe expressed his enthusiasm for the ERA Program, stating, "We are committed to providing assistance to homeowners who are facing health and safety hazards in their homes. The Expanded Rehab Assistance Program will help address these issues and improve the quality of life for our residents."

The ERA Program is part of the city's ongoing efforts to revitalize and improve housing conditions in the community. By supporting homeowners in making necessary repairs, the program aims to create safer and healthier living environments for all residents. It also contributes to the overall beautification and enhancement of the city's neighborhoods.

To learn more about the ERA Program and to access the pre-application form, interested homeowners can visit the city's official website. The deadline for submitting pre-applications is 5pm on Friday, February 16. Don't miss this opportunity to receive financial assistance for necessary home repairs and improvements. Apply now and take the first step towards a safer and more comfortable living environment.
