The House Energy and Environment Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing today at 4:00 pm to discuss the bill that aims to impose California's emission standards on Illinois. According to the announcement, more than 3,700 witness slips were filed in opposition to the proposed legislation ahead of the last scheduled hearing in February.
