A) Resolution for the Director of Community Development and Public Works to hire Real Property Consultants, to provide property appraisals for Phase 1 of the North Second Streetscape Project in association with ITEP grant.

B) Resolution authorizing Street Department Manager to hire Fehr Graham & Associates for construction observation on the Rock Valley Creek Phase #2 project
