1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
2. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Helm Services to do yearly preventative maintenance on the air conditioning and heating units at City Hall, Police Department, Fire Stations 1 & 2, and Public Works Storage.
3. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement with Brent Beehler relating to 411 E. Riverside Blvd. within the N. Second St. TIF District.
