APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 18, 2024

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.

MATTERS PROPOSED, DISCUSSED OR DECIDED AND RECORD OF VOTES TAKEN:

A) Resolution to hire ArcDesign Resources for professional civil engineering services for the Lantern Drive reconstruction.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.

B) Resolution for the Public Works Manager to hire Countryman Inc., to Re-stripe various roads within the City.

Ald. Peterson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.

Motion carried 3 ayes – 0 nays

C) Resolution for the Street Department Manager to hire temporary seasonal employees within the Department of Public Works.

Ald. Holmes moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion.

Motion carried 3 ayes – 0 nays

Alderman Paterson moved for adjournment at 5:20 p.m.; seconded by Alderman Holmes
