II. COMMITTEE REPORTS 

1. Approval of the Second Extension of Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Rockford and the Rockford Housing Authority for the continued use of 2221 N. Winnebago Street for the Resident Officer Program (ROCK House). 

Alderperson Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Durkee seconded. There was no discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 TO 0 by voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS]  AYES: Durkee, Hoffman, Rose, Wilkins, Bailey

2. Approval of Proposed Development Agreement with Oliver Emerson Development (Oliver Emerson Development, LLC) for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of a mixed use development at 134 N Main Street. 

Alderperson Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Durkee seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 TO 0 by voice vote.

3. Approval of Proposed Development Agreement with Oliver Emerson Development (Oliver Emerson Development, LLC) for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of 325 S. Madison Street as residential. 

Alderperson Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Rose seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 TO 0 by voice vote.

4. Approval of Proposed Development Agreement with Urban Equity Properties (UEP ART DECO, LLC) for the rehabilitation of 213 West State Street for commercial / retail at the northeast corner of West State Street and North Main Street. 

Alderperson Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Rose seconded. There was no discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 TO 0 by voice vote.

Alderman Durkee made a motion to adjourn. Alderman Rose seconded. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
