APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Appropriation Ordinance

3. A Resolution authorizing a Redevelopment Agreement with Laudicina Investments, LLC for property located at 2127 Windsor Road.

4. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City of Loves Park and Surplus Management Inc for a Horizontal Pressure Aeration and Filtration System for Well No. 7.

5. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Economic Incentive Agreement between the City of Loves Park and DJNK Holdings, LLC.

6. An Ordinance amending the Fire Department's Emergency Medical Services Ambulance usage fees.
