City of Rockford Code & Regulation Committee will meet on July 29.

     1. Request for Authorization to Place for Sale City Owned Parcel at 721 S. 3rd Street (vacant lot)

     2. Request for Authorization to Place for Sale of City Owned Parcel at 821 Oakley Avenue (vacant lot)

     3. City View Court and Eagle Drive

          Traffic Commission recommends approval to establish a “No Parking Any Time Except Paratransit” restriction on the south side of City View Court from 125 feet east of Eagle Drive to 155 feet east of Eagle Drive

4. No Action Item

      Traffic Commission recommends that No Action be taken on the following item:

     1. A request to establish a Mid-Block Pedestrian Crossing in the 400 block of Roxbury Road.

     5. Modifications to Chapter 27 "Trees and Shrubs" of the City of Rockford Code Ordinances

     6. Annexation of 30xx, 3030, 3036 Searles Avenue

     7. 1313 Broadway

           Liquor and Tobacco Advisory Board recommends approval for the Sale of Tobacco Products in conjunction with a convenience store in a C-4, Urban Mixed-Use Zoning District at 1313 Broadway (Alwalid Muthanna/Bassam Muthanna/W & S Food & Liquor, Inc. dba W & S Food &Liquor/Applicants)

      8. 2019 South Main Street

           Liquor and Tobacco Advisory Board recommends approval for the Sale of Beer and Wine by the drink (Class WB50) in conjunction with a restaurant and video gaming terminals in a C-3, General Commercial Zoning District at 2019 South Main Street (Maria M. Gonzalez Urenda/Martin A. Jimenez Alvarez/El Ranchito Authentic Mexican Restaurant, LLC dba El Ranchito/Applicants)

      9. 1140 Harrison Avenue

           Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Special Use Permit for the outdoor storage of vehicles and building equipment in an I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District at 1140 Harrison Avenue (John Suski for Amax Auto, LLC/Applicant)

      14. 7801 East State Street

          Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a:

        a. Variation to increase the maximum square footage permitted for two (2), wall signs from 240 square feet to 305 square feet; and

        b. Variation to increase the maximum permitted height for directional signs from six (6) feet to nine (9) feet eight(8) inches, and
