The Chair, Alderwoman Wilkins, called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

II. INVOCATION

Alderman Beach gave the invocation. Alderwoman Wilkins led the Pledge of Allegiance.

III. PUBLIC SPEAKING

1) Lola Mae Parham made a plea for assistance in removing unwanted house guest.

2) Prophet Yusef quoted scripture and the closing of mental health facilities.

3) John Tac Brantley expressed his sympathy to Lola Mae Parham and offered words of advice.

IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS

1. Approval of the Funding Agreement with Miracle Mile Rockford to utilize $30,000 of TIF funding through the East State and Alpine TIF to support their 2024 Work Plan.

Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Durkee seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 TO 0.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS]

AYES: Durkee, Hoffman, Rose, Wilkins, Meeks

V. ADJOURNMENT

Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to adjourn. Alderman Rose seconded the motion. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
