City of Loves Park Finance & Administration Committee met Sept. 16.

1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. A Resolution authorizing the promotion of Russell Caveny to the position of Assistant Water Department Manager, to be effective September 17, 2024.

3. A Resolution authorizing the Economic Development/Planning Manager to sign a contract with Place Foundry, LLC, for place advisory services at Riverside Commons for a cost not to exceed $60,000.00.

4. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement with Douglas Vukalovich relating to the property located at 6125 North Second Street.

5. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to enter into a Redevelopment agreement with Boundless Homes, LLC relating to the properties located at 5535 and 5545 North Second Street.
