Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt. Motion Approved 4-0
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
1. List of Bills: No questions or concerns.
2. Items for consideration.
A. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Loves Park and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, Public Employees Division.
Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.
Motion approved 4-0
B. A Resolution authorizing the Loves Park Water Department to waive the normal system development fees for two 6” water connections in Forest Hills Village mobile home park.
Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.
Motion approved 4-0
3. General Discussion.
Discussion about adding more properties to the TIF District to include Rockford Powertrain, Sand Park, and other properties.
4. Adjournment.
