1. Approval of the Proposed Funding Agreement with River District Association in the amount of $30,000 of TIF Funding through the East River TIF District to support their 2025 Workplan.
III. RESOLUTIONS
1. Approval of the REGROW Tier 1 Award Recommendations from the Community Relations Commission. These awards will be $10,000 each. The funding source is the 3% local tax on adult-use cannabis retail sales
2. Approval of the Proposed Commercial Corridor Property Revitalization Program. These agreements will be up to $25,000 each. The funding source is the Casino Tax Revenue and ARPA funds
3. Approval of the 2025 TIF Commercial & Industrial Rehabilitation Program. These agreements will be up to $25,000 each. The funding source is TIF funds
