APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
2. A Resolution authorizing the appropriation of Motor Fuel Tax funds in the amount of $565,000.00 for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways for the year 2025.
3. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to hire Andrew Quintanilla for the position of Treasurer's office Clerk/police pension administrator, effective January 2, 2025.
4. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to open a depository account with Rockford Community Bank/St. Charles Bank and Trust Co.
5. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to hire Zachary Clark as a Police Officer to fill a vacant position within the Loves Park Police Dept., to be effective December 26, 2024.
6. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept the Transfer of Real Property.
7. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to renew the city's employee health insurance plan with Northern Illinois Health Plan and Excess Re-Insurance to act as reinsurance carrier.
8. An Ordinance regarding compensation for Kim Massetti.
