The Chair, Alderperson Wilkins, called the meeting to order at 5:52 p.m.

II. COMMITTEE REPORTS 

1. Approval of the Development Agreement with Steiner Electric for the establishment of Steiner Electric Company Northwest Branch at 5004 27th Avenue. 

Alderman Durkee made a motion to approve. Alderman Rose seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 5 to 0.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS]  AYES: Durkee, Hoffman, Rose, Wilkins, Meeks

III. RESOLUTIONS 

1. Approval of the REGROW Tier 1 Award recommendations from the Community Relations Commission. These awards will be $10,000.00 each. The funding source is the 3% Local Tax on Adult-Use Cannabis Retail Sales. 

Alderwoman Meeks made a motion to approve. Alderwoman Hoffman seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 4 to 1.

IV. ADJOURNMENT 

Alderman Rose made a motion to adjourn. Alderwoman Meeks seconded the motion. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
