1. Approval of the proposed 2025 Funding Agreement with the Rockford Area Arts Council (RAAC) in the amount of $75,000. The funding source is the City's Redevelopment Fund.
III. RESOLUTIONS
1. Approval of Grant application and award acceptance through Bloomberg Philanthropies for the maximum amount of $100,000. This Grant funds creating artistic intersection bump/bulb outs and other possible street art near the area of the City Market in the downtown area. The Rockford Area Arts Council (RAAC) would be co-applicant. The grant does not require a cost match.
