12. A Resolution approving an amended notice and rescheduled date regarding the Joint Review Board for the Central Manufacturing District Redevelopment Project Area.
13. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Shane Lynch for the full-time position of Enforcement Officer in the Community Development Department with a start date of January 27, 2025.
14. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Midwest Well Services, Inc/Municipal Well & Pump to remove and investigate potential issues at Well 5 for a cost of $49,620.00.
15. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Midwest Well Services, Inc./Municipal Well & Pump to perform emergency well rehabilitation at Well 4 for the cost of $76,220.00.
