1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. A Resolution approving an amended notice and rescheduled date regarding the Joint Review Board for the Central Manufacturing District Redevelopment Project Area.

3. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Shane Lynch for the full-time position of Enforcement Officer in the Community Development Department with a start date of January 27, 2025.

LIST OF BILLS

GENERAL DISCUSSION/PUBLIC COMMENT

4. Anyone wishing to speak at the Finance Committee meeting shall contact the City Clerk's office by 4:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled meeting at 815-654-5030.
