11. A Motion to approve a Special Event Permit application submitted by Faithful-2-Fitness for a 5K Walk/Run to be held on August 23, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Peak Fitness, 4401 Peak Drive.
12. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to appoint Brian Cascio to Deputy Chief of Police, effective February 4, 2025.
13. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to amend the contract price accepted by Resolution 24-034 to Cecchin Plumbing for the Interstate Boulevard Water Main Extension project.
14. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire Midwest Well Services, Inc. to make necessary repairs to column piping at Well 5.

15. An Ordinance providing for an amendment to a Special Use Permit for the property known as 6800 Forest Hills Road.
