1. Update from the Mayor’s Office of Domestic and Community Violence Prevention.
III. COMMITTEE REPORTS
1. Approval of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and GoRockford for the continued management of the Forest City Beautiful program as well as the City-Wide banner program.
2. Approval of the Proposed EV Parking Agreement with Zip Car (ride share) for utilization of City parking space with EV Charger in Lot 45 at South Main and Cedar Street. The initial term of this Agreement is for a period of one (1) year with an automatic renew for successive one (1) year periods.
3. Approval of the Preliminary Conditional Set-Aside Letter, which would lead to a HOME Rental Development Agreement with the owner of Creekside Apartments. The funding source is the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
4. Approval of the Preliminary Conditional Set-Aside Letter, which would lead to a Rental Development Agreement with the owner of Riverwoods Apartments. The funding source is the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
