State Representative John Cabello (il) | Representative John M. Cabello (R) 90th District Assistant Republican Leader
State Representative John M. Cabello, representing Machesney Park, and Durand Mayor Sheila Hoffman have joined forces with the Illinois Tollway to host an I-PASS On Demand Event. This initiative aims to facilitate the transition from plastic transponders to the new I-PASS sticker technology for motorists.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 8, from 9 AM to 2 PM at 308 West Main Street in Durand, Illinois. Illinois Tollway officials will be present to help residents switch to the new sticker technology. They will also provide assistance with any questions related to I-PASS accounts and 'Pay by Plate' issues.
Once activated, the sticker tag will be functional on both the Illinois Tollway and E-ZPass roadways in other states within a day. There is no deposit required for obtaining the new sticker, and any previous $10 transponder deposit will transfer automatically upon activation of the new account.
