CALL TO ORDER

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the Minutes of previous meeting.

ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION

2. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement for information technology support services between Winnebago County and the City of Loves Park.

3. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to hire Lucas Group CPAs & Advisors, LLC to perform audit for fiscal year 2024.

4. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to promote Officer Kaitlin Ort to the rank of Police Sergeant effective April 8, 2025.

5. A Resolution authorizing the City of Loves Park to continue to spend funds at the same rate as 2024-2025.
