Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Dan Jacobson. Motion Approved 4-0

A. A Resolution authorizing the Economic Development/Planning Manager to purchase four (4) 2025 Kia Sportages as replacement vehicles for the Community Development.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

B. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase one (1) air conditioning and heating unit from Helm Services for City Hall.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

C. A Resolution authorizing the appointment of Al Caruana to the Greater Rockford Airport Board of Commissioners.

D. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a service agreement between the City of Loves Park, Illinois and A to Z Towing, Inc.

E. An Ordinance approving a Redevelopment Plan and Project (A) for the Central Manufacturing TID Redevelopment Project Area in the City of Loves Park.

F. An Ordinance designating (B) the Central Manufacturing TIF Redevelopment Project Area for the City of Loves Park.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

G. An Ordinance adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing (C) within the Central Manufacturing TIF Redevelopment.
