1. Approval of the proposed Development Agreement with Plume Restaurant LLC for building rehabilitation improvements at 1132 Auburn Street at existing restaurant. 

2. An ordinance for the Amendment of the East River Redevelopment Project Area. 

3. An ordinance Approving the Madison and Oak Project Area. 

4. An ordinance Designating the Madison and Oak Redevelopment Project Area. 

5. An ordinance Adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Madison and Oak Redevelopment Project Area. 

III. RESOLUTIONS 

1. A resolution calling for a Public Hearing and convening a Joint Review Board in connection with the proposed amendment to the River District North Tax Increment Financing District. 

2. A resolution calling for a Public Hearing and convening a Joint Review Board in connection with the Main and Mulberry Tax Increment Financing District.
