Certificate of Appropriateness – Daniel Rosenberger – 807 Brown Hills Court – Addition of a garage to the east of the home as described on the submitted application.

1606 GREENMOUNT STREET

Certificate of Appropriateness – James & Eun Eby – 1606 Greenmount Street – 1) replace damaged windows with inserts and window caps, 2) replace existing gutter systems, 3) cover existing soffits and facia, and 4) cover existing siding with vinyl siding of similar style.

1364 BROWN HILLS ROAD

Certificate of Appropriateness – Michael Puhl – 1364 Brown Hills Road – install A wooden cedar privacy fence across rear property line.

623 GROVE STREET

Certificate of Appropriateness – Maureen Kirschmann – 623 Grove Street – relocate portions of the existing fencing as described on the submitted application.

524 KENT STREET

Certificate of Appropriateness – Quentin Wainwright Sr. – 524 Kent Street – 1) Install digital signage, 2) paint the exterior CMU portions of the Booker Washington Center, 3) remove or replace plaster on wing wall portions of the exterior limestone walls and 4) replace eight windows on the entryway of the building
