2. Items for consideration.

A. Discussion of Appropriation Ordinance 2025-26.

B. A Resolution authorizing the City to pay the Illinois Municipal League for conference and hotel reservations for the 2025 Illinois Municipal League Conference in Chicago on September 18-20, 2025.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

C. A Resolution authorizing an amendment to the insurance consulting agreement between the City and Gallagher Benefits Services, Inc.

Alderman Peterson moved to approve. Second by Alderman Pruitt.

D. An Ordinance implementing a Municipal Grocery Retailers’ Occupation Tax and a Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax for the City of Loves Park.
