The Chair, Alderperson Wilkins, called the meeting to order at 5:53 p.m.

II. COMMITTEE REPORTS 

1. Approval of the Funding Agreement with International Women's Baseball Center (IWBC) and the City of Rockford for field and capital improvements at 311 15th Avenue (Beyer Park) in the amount of $300,000.00 annually for a period of up to five (5) years. The agreement requires a minimum of a dollar for dollar match to City funds. The funding source is Casino Funds. 

Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Salgado seconded. There was no discussion. MOTION PREVAILED 3 to 1 by voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [3 TO 1]

2. Approval of the proposed Development Agreement with Aetna Building Solutions (AETNA) and the City of Rockford for the construction and maintenance of a rail line in the amount of $139,233.00. The funding source is the 11th Street Project Fund.

3. Approval of an ordinance approving the Second Amendment to the River District North Redevelopment Project Area. 

Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Salgado seconded. There was no discussion. MOTION PREVAILED 4 to 0 by voice vote.

RESULT: APPROVED BY COMMITTEE [UNANIMOUS]

4. Approval of an ordinance designating the Second Amendment to the River District North Redevelopment Project Area.

Alderwoman Hoffman made a motion to approve. Alderman Salgado seconded. After discussion, MOTION PREVAILED 4 to 0 by voice vote.
