A. A Resolution authorizing the execution of the Agreement with SCL Business Park LLC and Loves Park One LLC regarding TIF assignment.

B. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to hire Mary Brown and Bryce McDonald to fill vacant police officer positions, effective Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

C. A Resolution authorizing Fire Chief James Hart to purchase 6 Motorola APX 600 portable radios from Motorola Solutions.
