Old Business – 1) Special Event Permit, October 31, 2025 (Tweed Lane): Tony LaMarca and David Lockhart explained their plans for a neighborhood Halloween party with amplified music (featuring KISS performance). This event has been held for a few years without incident, and attendance usually runs 200-300 participants; the event held near 12559 Tweed, and the organizers noted that music will be completed by 9 – 10 pm. Committee members and staff raised no concerns, as this sounds like a fun event for the neighborhood based on these plans and past events.
