City of Loves Park City Council met Nov. 17.

14. A Resolution authorizing the city to donate $5,000.00 to Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful to help sponsor community programs in 2026.

15. A Resolution authorizing Mayor Jury to enter into a contract with Morgan Building Maintenance Inc. for custodial cleaning of city offices.

16. A Resolution authorizing the Police Chief to purchase a Flock Safety Platform Renewal Subscription for 22 license plate readers, with hardware and software from Flock Group, Inc. for $70,000.00.

17. A Resolution authorizing the City Treasurer to engage Lucas Group CPAs + Advisors, LLC to perform the annual financial statement audit for the fiscal year 2025.

18. A Resolution authorizing the Water Department Manager to hire two candidates from the Civil Service list for the positions of Public Works Operator in the Water Department.

19. A Resolution authorizing the renewal of the city's employee health insurance plan for one year with Northern Illinois Health Plan and Excess Re/SiriusPoint America to act as reinsurance carrier, effective December 1, 2025.
