Rep. Cabello sues Pritzker over stay-at-home order

A second Illinois Republican has filed a lawsuit against Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s stay-at-home order. Rep. John Cabello (R-Machesney Park) filed his lawsuit in Winnebago County Circuit Court, on behalf of himself and all Illinois residents who are subjected to the order.

Ahead of Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s budget address where he is excepted to outline the budget for the 2021 fiscal year and his funding priorities, the State of Illinois has been named one of the "Least Tax-Friendly" states to live in, by MSN.com.
