Republican Adam Kinzinger has been declared the winner in the 16th Congressional District against Democrat Sara Dady.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Kinzinger had 60 percent of the vote with a total of 149,205 votes.
Dady received 40 percent of the vote with a total of 100,789 votes.
