Customer Service Rep - Mobile Blood Drives

The Rock River Valley Blood Center is currently hiring a Donor Service Representative for our Mobile Blood drives. Donor Service Representatives support the center's mission to provide safe, high-value blood products and services to people in need. They do this by registering donors for their donation, confirming donor identity and accurately recording donor information at our mobile blood drives across the Rock River Valley region. Additionally, this position will occasionally require you to call donors to confirm and schedule blood collection appointments.

Successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable making phone calls, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and able to accurately enter data into our systems. Time management skills and the ability to work as a team and independently are a must. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Clerical/administrative, customer service and outbound calling experience is highly preferred. This position is full-time and requires open availability Monday through Saturday.

We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, health club reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, PTO and Holiday Pay. This position pay rate begins at $15.00/hr and includes $1.50 mobile stipend when scheduled on mobiles. Bilingual is a plus and offers a pay increase after completion of training.
