State Senator Dave Syverson and State Representative Jeff Keicher are inviting residents to visit their legislative booths at the upcoming Hampshire Area Chamber of Commerce’s Home & Business Expo. The event is scheduled for May 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Hampshire High School.
The expo will showcase exhibits from local businesses, non-profit organizations, and legislators. It is open to the public and offers various activities including face painting, food trucks, free gifts, goody bags, bingo, the M&M Café, a chance to visit Olaf, kids games, and a craft table.
Senator Syverson represents Cherry Valley while Representative Keicher represents Sycamore. Both officials encourage community members to engage with them during the event.
