2. An Ordinance authorizing the Appropriation Ordinance for 2025-26.
3. A Resolution authorizing the City to pay DPI Construction Inc. for the parking lot construction at the Korean War Memorial.
4. A Resolution authorizing the City to be a community sponsor for the Harlem Community Center Strong Day planned for October 17, 2025.
5. A Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the Home Repair and Accessibility Program Funding from the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
6. A Resolution authorizing the transfer of real property adjacent to city property and Windsor Lake.
