Cherry Valley Library issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.
The Talcott Free Library is taking donations of new and gently used shoes* until September 30th. Talcott will earn money for their future renovations based on how many shoes we collect via a partnership with Funds2Orgs.
*Shoes May be any size, any style, and any gender so long as they are still in a wearable condition.
