City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Nov. 28.
The Head Start Division of the City of Rockford’s Human Services Department invites the community to celebrate the Head Start Program on December 4 from 4 to 6 p.m. at City Hall. The event will allow the community to meet and greet our staff, learn about enrolling in our programs, and discover new employment opportunities.
