MATTERS PROPOSED, DISCUSSED OR DECIDED AND RECORD OF VOTES TAKEN:
1. A resolution was decided awarding Campos Construction a contract to perform asphalt paving repairs at various locations.
Ald. Pruitt moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion.

2. A resolution was decided authorizing the Water Department Manager to sign a Master Service Agreement with ArcDesign Resources.
