1. Motion to approve the minutes from July 13, 2020

PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment is encouraged. The Village Board will receive comments from the public, pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

NEW BUSINESS

6. Discussion and possible recommendation to the village board to approve check disbursement for accounts payable in the amount of $143,832.28, insurance expenses in the amount of $13,001.79 and electronic funds transfer system in the amount of $7,853.15 for a total of $164,687.22

7. Discussion of terms offered by Poplar Grove State Bank and Byron Bank and possible recommendation of a lender for construction costs of Public Works Building.

8. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve DFC Fence contract in the amount of $16,829.00 for the proposed dog park.

9. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 20-24 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to procure engineering services for the phase II clean & televise of sanitary sewer.

10. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 20-25 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to authorize public bid letting for the Main & Washington improvements and phase II sanitary sewer clean & Televise program.

11. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Resolution 20-26 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an agreement with Midwest Dirt, LLC for snow and ice control services
