SwedishAmerican is pleased to welcome new APRN Diana Cary to State Street OB/GYN (1415 E. State Street, Suite 800, Rockford, IL).
Diana received her medical degree from Olivet Nazarene University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and received CNOR certification. Originally from Rockford, her special medical interests include Bariatrics/Obesity, Chronic Disease Management, Disease Prevention, Diabetes Management, Fitness/Exercise, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Gynecology, Health and Wellness, Mental Health/Psychological Care, Mother/Baby Care, Nutrition, Obstetrics/Prenatal Care, Patient Education, Preventive Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Weight Loss and Women’s Health.
